My good friend George Pitts and I like to take pictures when he is visits LA. Working with him is always very relaxing and enjoyable. On his latest visit, he gave me a copy of Stereotype Magazine which I am in! It’s a really great feeling, especially since the story behind the picture is one of my favorites.
We were at a hotel in West Hollywood and we had been taking pictures on a balcony. I was wearing a bathing suit at first, but suggested going naked because I thought it would be a beautiful image. I thought it would be ok since West Hollywood is generally a liberal neighborhood. George was 100% into it, but a little nervous. I kept telling him that it would be worth it.
So we were taking pictures for a little while, then I heard a voice from the ground area a few floors below. It was the manager asking me to please go inside. I can’t remember his exact words, but he didn’t seem upset. I guess they had received a few complaints. George and I were surprised because there had been other people sunbathing naked on their balconies earlier that day. I guess I was too much woman to handle!
I love this picture and it is also in the book “The New Erotic Photography” by Taschen.
Getting scolded was totally worth it!
I have stumbled upon your website by accident about 6 months ago. I think you are the most beautiful woman a camera can capture. I love the picture of you on the balcony. I am hooked and a fan. I will definitely be ordering the DVD and any other collectibles you may have.
Keep up the good work and beautiful pictures
