As an European, I am so happy with the outcome of these elections in the US.
First of all because lots of US citizens, like you, made the effort to go to the voting stations, even waiting in line for hours! It really showed what the democratic process should be like.
Secondly because thank the gods of thunder and punkers, Obama won!!! Just imagine if Palin had become the vice president: an unthinkable thought!
And on the more frivulous side of things: your starry top is gorgeous 🙂
